problems, not realizing they are part of them, this results in
them transporting the problems to a new area ...

You see the above on a smaller scale when people leave the city to
escape the problems and go to the smaller towns. They end up
enacting
the same ordinances, rules, laws, actions, styles, mindsets, etc.
which
caused all the problems in the first place! Soon, the place they
left
is no different that the place they are ...

Well, speaking only for my Brazilian co-worker - she's a great
asset to her community, which is not Brazilian but American. I
don't think you can paint every person with the same paintbrush.
Probably how the problem began in the first place, everyone thinking
their illegal friends, family, relatives, etc. should be exempt from
rules and laws ...

The problem began in the first place by people demanding cheap proces
and businesses trying to find ways to do that.


If you make it overseas, sell it overseas ... end of story.

If you employ people in communist countries, move there ...

Which has what to do with illegal immigration? Nothing. The cheap
products (I really typoed that one) and businesses trying to find a way
to produce those cheap products were the cause of most illegal
immigration today.
