Default Somebody call Chicken Fornicator ..
Watchin Parking Wars on A&E channel.Philadelphia and Detroit.Those two
towns would fold if it wasen't for all those parking tickets.Last time I
saw a boot on a car in Jackson was over thirty five years ago.
