Default XFM Shortwave (pirate)

XFM Shortwave on 6940.03 USB with newer rock. DJ format - giving time
in UTC and repeating "XFM - The power of X" a number of times. Strong
signal. Listened from 0345UTC. Continues at 0415 UTC.
