Default ARRL Buro Working...
It's been a while since I posted on the topic. I received a FAT
envelope today from the incoming ARRL buro. I don't know what was
wrong, but it seems that Dick has it fixed. There were 46 QSL in
there, some dating all the way back to 1992! Yipee!
