Apparently when you update your name or address in the Universal
Licensing System (ULS), you must also update it in the Commission
Registration System (CORES). I didn't know that, and I suspect that a
lot of amateurs didn't know that either. It's implied, but not
specifically stated, in the ARRL's FAQ:

Fred Maia, W5YI, petitioned the FCC to automatically update CORES when
the ULS was updated by an amateur licensee. The FCC is seeking comments
on this.
