How is impairment proved? I can pass any skill test. I can pass any
cognitive test. The only way "impairment" can even be "implied" is by
chemical testing methods. Coffee is more debilitating than the dog-weed
I smoke.

My only contact with police is when I get a speeding ticket. Even then,
they never suspect me of inebriation. Cali has millions of pot-heads
driving around every day. You can't bust all of them.

Reminds me of the drunks I have met in bars. All are
handsome/beautiful, the most intelligent and capable people in the
world, etc.
