I'm transmitting with a 43' vertical wire groundplane, with an ATU at
the elevated feed point. 8,700 km from DM04tk to FG40id. 18,100 kHz USB

Just curious; what supports your 43' vertical wire? Pole, tree, helium
balloon, or ... ?

A Max-Gain 43' telescoping fiberglass mast. They're the people with
Bristol wrenches for Mil-Spec boatanchors, too.
