That damn low pressure center may last for weeks as is slowly wanders
around the south and then probably slowly heads north or northeast,
dumping tons of rain as it goes. It seems like every time you turn
around, parts of the country are getting record floods this year.

Look at the bright side. You can go fishing from your attic window.
