You could post a message on a few Yahoo groups like cbtricks and the_mod.
Ebay says you can't sell them because the FCC says they are dual-purpose
radios and are not allowed in the US under part 95. Personally, I use a
2950 on 10 meters and f--- the FCC. The 2510 you could sell to a ham.

Any radio with a 40 channel selector knob with banks is a souped up CB.
VFO and memories is a ham radio, like a 2510, 2600 or 2950. My FT-857 can
be made to cover CB, and that radio is legal. Why is my 2950 not legal?
