Using Celestrak for the Keplerian elements and the 'Orbitron' tracking
program, you can see UARS track. The only problem may be that the orbit
is decaying so fast that the Keps cannot be updated often enough.

As I type this (2130 UTC), UARS now on an ascending pass in the southern
Pacific well off the coast of Chile, soon to be over Central America and
then Cuba.
