make a pizza I open a bag of dough, after melting it for a minute in
the microwave, spread the dough on baking paper on a pizza baking
plate.
Two spoonful of sauce and a half teaspoon of spices.
Than whatever you like (tuna, onions, broccoli .......)
Some cheese...
Bake for twenty minutes at 240°C
That's it
Takes five minutes and prize is about one Euro (or dollar) a pizza.
Plus baking time - of course..

If I spend time fixing something, it is usually baby back ribs.
Well, I spend a lot of time on thinking about cooking. Since I live on a
very low budget, what I get for my money should be the best possible.
A good way to enhance quality of life is to enhance cooking. The
parameters of food quality are things like taste, 'healthiness',
availability, durability and time and effort to prepare.
To enhance quality of food means, I want kind of fast-food, but better,
cheaper, healthier and tastier.
This is what I try to develop. So I prepare all ingredients myself, even
if that is time-consuming. But this gives me total control about the
ingredients and where to by them for the best price.
This gives very good results and the food is better and much cheaper.
The stuff you get in usual fast-food shops isn't particularly healthy
and you don't know, where that particular e.g. cow came from.
