Maybe Bunnell still have spares? They used to sell the key as recently
as a few months ago: http://www.jhbunnell.com/navykey.shtml, got mine from
there.

I was aware of that and waited too long to grab one, so I got one from
Ebay, which didn't have the cover. I'll see if JH Bunnel has any covers
left over.
