They have one giant non-directional antenna. If they put up a second
shorter tower they could go directional at night and maybe go to 250 Watts!

They probably cover their COL well enough with the power they are running.
Weiser's a pretty small town, and most folks that live there are watching TV
after local sunset (or in bed asleep).
