Does anybody know what the output DC current is on a Motorola HPN3000A base
station power supply? DC voltage measures 15 VDC.

The pass transistors are two M9639 transistors in TO-3 case. I have not been
able to find a data sheet on these guys. Anybody have any info on them?

Sounds similar to the HPN1003A Motorola supply. Same pass transistors
and voltage. Rated 25 amps out. The output voltage regulator is a 14
volt fixed zener. A 13 volt zener will give 14.2 volts out if it is
the same essential supply as the MITREK. Transformer is part #
