I heard it via Vermont Public Radio which streams the World Service 24/7

What's with the shift of the US public radio Beeb feed shifting from
Public Radio International to American Public Media. My impression is
that APM is the most right wing of the public radio program providers.
Somebody joked that it's "Nice Polite Republicans", but that seems to
fit APM more than NPR.
I use 9740 when I forget to retune my web radio, which is in
my Ham Shack. R. Australia on 9580 has a much better signal than the
Singapore relay these days.
But then 9580 goes off air. 7240 fades out too quick, and 11880 has
buttloads of on channel asian language interference.
At least they're putting some more Radio National stuff, around 14:00,
instead of having some poor sod doing their news blather in the dead of
night, their time.
9740 gets gangbanged from either side around 12:00, but later on is
strong and clear up here in the fog. 6195 is an alternative.
