I sense doubt that the resolution of WWII caused the world to suffer.
What happened there was like a mother saying to her child, "Stop crying
or I will spank you some more." This was the new world policy. I am
not a parent, so I cannot say for certain whether this tactic works or
not, but it seems counter-intuitive to me.

Here's Tom with the numbers on whether any countries have died out since
'45. We will blame them all on this policy.
