EMF Broadcasting is continuing its rapid expansion of its Air-1 Christian
CHR network in Texas. EMF has acquired Country 103.7 KOUL Refugio/Corpus
Christi from Tejas Broadcasting for $1.25 Million. Included in the purchase
is a $500,000 loan to Tejas in order to fund deferred maintenance and
