There are a few HP8405 vector voltmeters on Ebay.
Be warned, the "probes" are actually miniature sampling heads, and can
easily be ruined by overvoltage.
They did come with a set of accessories, but, judging by Ebay, these will
likely have been split off, and sold separately.
