Default JTA: pirate radio's secret snitch, or just a retard?

In reference to:

http://www.thefrn.net/vines/read.php...,1028#msg-1028

1) Assuming for a moment that the FCC meeting with Bob Grove happened as you
claim it did, it took place *30 YEARS AGO*. Things change. If the FCC
didn't want public help in tracking down pirates then, they sure do now:
https://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/pir...dcast-stations

2) Triangulation of a signal doesn't require GPS to pinpoint it (as you
should know), and someone still has to go out into the field to confirm
operation and serve the NOUO / NAL on the operator.

3) What use would they have for a snitch? To make it easier to identify
the operator in question and know where and to whom to serve the NOUO / NAL.

So other than the fact that you still don't like Poet, what brought this
particularly ill-considered rant about, John? Your Bunny Buddy feeling a
little down and you thought you'd cheer him up a bit?

Seriously, every time you open your mouth or sit down at a keyboard and
start typing you just come off sounding like a complete idiot who is
chronically incapable of thinking through even the most simple concepts.
