I'd like to build a 6m SSB amp that uses about 10-14
watts of drive and delivers at least 100w.
Anyone know of plans online for one?

I went this route a few years back, built a push-pull MRF476(?) with
bias for SSB, and after messing around with it for almost a year
rewinding transformers and playing with bias and tank caps trying to get
more than 100 watts or so in RF instead of heat I wish I'd just bought a
Mirage or TE and started my current project sooner, building a 6m/2m amp
with a GS35B,

If you really want to build in addition to articles there's

with stuff like

My advice:
I think 100w+/- solid state amps are cheap enough to buy used and not
build. If you want to build don't waste your time below +55 dBm, go for
the legal limit.
