Default Anyone modified a Tecsun PL-390?

Not sure if that set does SSB (doesn't look like it)

There's another possible shot at getting SSB out of it, being offset tuning
in conjunction with the DSP filters.

There's a military weather service I can hear here in Bristol, with a speech
synthesiser voice, a sort of female American mezzo-soprano pitch and timbre.
On an AOR AR-3000 tuned to 5.4506 MHz USB it is clear, while the Tecsun PL-
390gets it best on 5.452 MHz with the filter set to 2KHz. It's not easy or
fun to listen to, but it is legible.
