Let me be clear about this.

I accuse Brian Reay of committing perjury on the 12th October 2011
at Chippenham Magistrates' Court, both
in his verbal evidence and in his Victim Statement.

Sounds to me like you are trying to go back to the same court for a
little more abuse from the judge. Eh?
