Actually, Art, the dissention is mostly when *you* use the term
efficiency, because for reasons of your own, you don't use it in the
universally understood way.

X and Y only. Unfortunately in this newsgroup
people have a tendency to use Y in their derivation of efficiency
which results in people talking past each other.
