You can tell the trolls. They use fake emails and (often) fake names.
They can't be tracked down.

Non-trolls use valid (or minimally munged) email addresses and
verifiable names.

Anyone with the slightest bit of common sense can parse my real e-mail
from the above; that leaves you out in the cold.
