At 0100UTC: R.Cairo is NOT dead. It is a carrier w/o any modulation .Plus very deep fading. V.of Greece-very weak,fading even greater than Egypt's.. Don't care about CRI at all since they have used Canadian and Carribean relay stations very extensively in the past...
