Tomlinson's one-sided vendetta continues unabated.

For somone who maintains that my complaint against him was trivial and
was dismissed as trivial, Tomlinson comes across as more and more unhinged
by my reacting to his threat to report me to a 3rd party by doing the same
to him.

Never been married? Says it all, really.

Because it is so one sided, Tomlinson conveniently fails to mention that
Fuller was reprimanded for his behaviour.

Tomlinson also conveniently fails to mention that no charges were laid
against me, and
the arrest was occasioned by a malicious complaint from another gratuitously
abusive poster to Usenet, BRIAN REAY, who had
reported many people to the police MERELY FOR DISAGREEING WITH HIM ON
USENET.

One has to ask why did Reay wind up the plodderies to such an extent that 8
plods were sent to arrest me, when I had never been
arrested ever before, and, being a pacifist, have no history of violence?

Tomlinson is also habitually reckless as to the truth of what he asserts in
his infantile headlong rush to
want to score points by being abusive, for resisting arrest is a criminal
offence but no such charge was made.

"punishment squad", what a strange term! I don't remember the
government setting up such a scheme; is it perhaps a term that
criminal vigilantes use among themselves to justify their depraved and
lawless behaviour?

The term was used to refer to the number of police officers sent to
arrest Gareth Alun Evans at his home on a charge of harassment. The
arrest was also videoed because Evans has a long history of making
frivolous complaints to the IPCC.

--- quote ---

"The court heard how Mr Evans had made 59 complaints to the Independent
Police Complaints Commission about Wiltshire Constabulary."

"His eyes were wide open and he portrayed to me a person looking to
injure somebody," said Sgt Fuller.

"It was a violent attitude towards the officers there to arrest him. It
was a shock and I couldn't understand why he had gone berserk."

Sgt Fuller said there was a struggle between PC Hunt and Mr Evans, who
had then swung round and knocked WPC Sarah Pullman sideways.

--- end quote ---

so not only did Evans resist arrest, he also assaulted a female officer.
"berserk" is a pretty good definition of his behaviour on usenet.

I wonder where you heard it?
