As part of a counter-proposal to his own application to add a new Class C2
on 97.1 in Gaylord MI, Roy Hendersons 99.3 WOUF Beulah MI applies to change
city-of-license to Traverse City while upgrading from a Class C2 to C1 with
60kW/367m from the tower of WCMV and WPBN-TV outside Kalkaska MI. As part
of that move sister 101.9 WLDR-FM Traverse City would change COL to Beulah,
while two other stations would be displaced and four new allotments would
be created.
