Do you have VHF, Â*UHF or higher equipment? Â* There is activity on the
higher frequencies. The below are time being used around the British Isles.

Mondays.. 2m and 23cm and above.

Tuesdays.. Â*UKAC competitions (different frequency each week see below
links).

Wednesdays.. Â*2m mid morning. 70cm evenings.

Thursdays.. Â*23cm evenings.

Fridays.. Â* 2m evenings.

Sundays.. Â* 70cm mornings.
