Heathkit SB100 resistor and capacitor missing- Replace?

Hi all, I noticed today(probably should have sooner) that on my Modulator
board there is a missing 220-ohm resistor, R17, and on my IF circuit board
there is a missing 1mfd tubular cap, C110. Original builder checked off
the box that it was done in the manual for both, but I guess maybe someone
took them out later or he forgot them? The original builder seemed to be
pretty thorough about documenting any changes he made along the way, so Im
assuming it was taken out at a later time by...
