Radioclub SOCA Tolmin, together with Radioclub »Krn« Kobarid presents award
in honor of all operators who offered help in wars and elementary disasters.



Memorial meeting will be held on second Sunday in November between 8:00 and
21:00 UTC.



Operators can cooperate in modes SSB and CW on 80, 40 and 20 meters.
Organizer’s stations calls “CQ SOCA” (CW) and “CQ SOCA MEMORY” (SSB/RTTY).
