Kenwood TH-F6A turns off on 220MHz when tx using 4000 mAh Battery

This only happens on 220 MHz while using the extendeed battery. To turn the
unit back on the battery needs to be removed and reattached. W output on
224.100 is 1.5 watts swr =1.01 . when battery is fully charged out
put=8.3 v . this does not happen with the stock battery . nor does it
happen on the other bands .
