The Hurricane Watch Net (HWN) has announced plans to activate for Tropical
Storm Hermine at 1400 UTC. The storm is expected to develop into a
hurricane before making landfall on Florida's Gulf Coast

The UBSEDS18 balloon carrying payloads for APRS and 434 MHz has
successfully crossed the Pacific, on the same day a USA amateur radio APRS
balloon crossed the Atlantic
