The electronic TCA (e-TCA) version of the November-December 2016 TCA is now
available for viewing or download.

As Radio Amateurs, we are very fortunate to have the unique opportunity to
be able to operate over a vast portion of the RF spectrum.

We have access to slots in the spectrum from as low as 137 kHz to as high
as 250 GHz and even beyond. Of course each of the bands offers different
propagation characteristics and so we are presented with very different
experiences up and down the spectrum.

This issue of The Canadian Amateur focuses on the VHF and UHF bands. We
hope you enjoy this special issue.
