The National Geographic has produced A Guide to Ham Radio to support its
recently released digital short, Before MARS — a prequel to its upcoming
MARS series. The 33-minute prequel, which has a heavy Amateur Radio theme,
provides the back story of two principal characters in the upcoming MARS
global event series.
In the prequel, twin teenaged sisters Hana and Joon Seung are the new kids
in town, after their single mother relocates. In due course, they come
across old ham radio...

Last week, Fred Lloyd was interviewed on Ham Nation with Bob Heil. Fred
shared the news that QRZ is now producing "Good on QRZ" stickers. QRZ
stickers are available to anyone who sends us a business sized, self
addressed, stamped envelope here at QRZ. Your first sticker is free and if
you would like us to send additional stickers wed be happy to do so for $1
per additional sticker. The stickers are 4x6 inches and need an envelope
that is at least 4 inches tall. Otherwise, well...

Todays episode is a little different than what I normally do because it was
pretty well done on the fly. I was sick all last week and wasnt able to do
much with it until yesterday(Wednesday). I wasnt able to research a topic
on it for the Tech Corner segment so it was just a general discussion
