K4USI St George Island

Today I worked a station identifying as K4USI on St George Island. He was
supplying IOTA number and other things. He was working them hot-n-heavy. I
look up the call and it all looks legit but none of the webpages or URLs in
the description are good. Email bounces and the URLs give 404 errors. In
the QRZ database K4USI links to NE4S. The email and other urls there also
bounce. Does anyone know this dude?
