Check out this video on the Windom 40 Antenna from Chameleon Antenna. This
antenna is an off center dipole that was specifically designed for 40, 20
and 10 meters. In the right condition, an antenna tuner is not needed for
these three bands. It is an extremely lightweight antenna and extremely
quick to deploy.

size fit all? Or, is this a trap? All of this an more on this edition of
100 Watts and a Wire.

real licenses and today anyone can get one in the back of a cornflake box.
What with the demise of Morse, those pesky multiple-choice questions
instead of a written exam, these new Amateurs really are not contributing
to the hobby and really should be told in no uncertain terms that their
pursuit of the hobby is meaningless until such time as they...

and utilizes citizens in local communities in assisting emergency
responders. Its not just communications, but it is a natural for a ham
