Pretty much a non-story, except the dumbass headline writer got
excited and confused "immediately" with "unilateraly". Of course, TRUMP
will have to wait until he's inaugurated for his orders to mean
anything but, after that, he can do many things without getting the
prior consent of Congress or the Courts. Big deal.
