Default HAARP experimental "Luxemburg-Gorky" test tonight.
Chris Fallen (KL3WX)from University of Alaska, Fairbanks will conduct a very interesting test broadcast on 2 frequencies: 2.8MHz and 3.3MHz . Time: 0300-0340UTC on Feb 20.
