I thought I answered this once before, but maybe not.

No, CHU is not a "repeater" for WWV. They ARE a stand alone time service
run by the Canadian government as Canada's equivalent of the WWV
service. CHU has their own atomic clock and it is every bit as accurate
as WWV. I mention CHU because they are transmitting from a different
location, the point being that if propagation from Colorado to you is
bad, it may (or may not) be better from CHU to you -- but certainly
worth a try.
