Default [KB6NU] NISTs Internet Time Service Serves the World

In article writes:

NIST Fellow Judah Levine came up with the original idea of distributing
time over the Internet and wrote most of the software. The service is just
one of the ways NIST distributes time-of-day information.

Of course, Dave Mills (W3HCF) invented the Network Time Protocol in 1981.
(See RFC778 and RFC958.)

So, I don't think Judah was first to send time over the internet.

(I wonder if kb6nu will ever see this?)
