Damn. I was hoping a single 6SG7 would be worth AT LEAST 20 pounds of
potatoes, an ounce of gold and 200 rounds of ammo.

Truth is, the power grid and communication system are vunerable but
anything that's not plugged in would probably be OK.

People who are obsessed with surviving an EMP attack should learn how
the power grids and communications work and how to work with tools. If
it ever happens, there will be PLENTY of work for people who have a
clue.
