Right then here's another one:-

Take a CB Radio DV27 mobile whip and affix two thick copper wires to the
top to form a "T" - the whip is now capacitively loaded. By lengthening
the whip as usual and moving the "top hat" in and out it is now possible
to resonate the antenna on several different bands.
