Ok, one end is attached to the metal gutter of my house, via a 2 foot
nylon line and its egg insulator (22 feet high).
The other end of my full size g5rv (102") is attached to a pole at the end
of
the garden, via egg and nylon line. (20 feet high).
The centre ladder drops 12 feet, but away from the centre line of
the aerial, then it changes direction and runs horizontally towards the
house about 4 feet off the ground.
There are several nylon strings along the ladder line, purely to keep it
away from all bushes, greenhouses, etc .... although it runs straight until
it connects to the co-ax line.
Does this sound ok ... it has good vswr matching on its resonant bands,
needing a tuner here and there.
I would like to get one end 30 feet high one day, but at least i get a
straight run
all the way down the garden.

Steve.
