And the NFL is a ****-poor diversion, especially compared to the great
gift Mother Nature handed the TRUMP administration. Why hasn't The Great
Man made himself the figurehead of hurricane relief? He could don his
orange MAGA hardhat, get in a bulldozer and push a felled tree of a
roadway. Why not? He used to be able to operate construction equipment
well enough for photo ops. Can't he anymore?

Sure, it would be a cheesy political stunt, but it would be the sort of
political stunt which nearly every American would support. Every
American is vulnerable to some sort of natural disaster. Any sensible
politician would want to be the figurehead taking credit for restoring
sanitation, water, electricity and communications in the effected areas.

We've now got thousands of people whose lives are at risk simply because
they no longer have clean water and proper sanitation. Even more who
simply can't phone to their loved ones to tell them they made it.
Followed by Presidential tweetstorms about the NFL, Rocket Man and Puerto
Rican debt.

Even a year ago, The Magnificent TRUMP displayed better political
instincts. What's going on? Is there something to the speculation that
the President is developing Alzheimer's?
