Handy Shortwave Chart
Bill McFadden

Band allocations and time zone conversions for the USA. Includes broadcast
bands used outside the USA. For multi-use bands, primary usage is shown.
Some stations operate outside official bands. Information is from Oct 2008
FCC rules and Sep 2009 NTIA manual, see Chapter 4 of:
http://www.ntia.doc.gov/osmhome/redbook/redbook.html

Frequencies are in kHz. Usual spacing in shortwave broadcast bands is
5 kHz. Frequencies above 10000 kHz tend to propagate better during the day;
frequencies below 10000 kHz tend to propagate better at night.
