Ham radio CubeSat launch success

Three CubeSats carrying amateur radio payloads were successfully launched
on January 12 at 0358 UT on an Indian ISRO PSLV rocket. In total 31
satellites were deployed on this launch

4-10, 2018) compared to zero (no sunspots) over the previous seven days.
But average daily solar flux declined slightly, 70.4 to 69.9
