Everyone in OK would of course want to have a tornado shelter. Too bad
the excavation is such a pain in such rocky soil.

Seriously, though, the danger in Oklahoma from tornados is far greater
than the one in a million kid who "goes Columbine". They would be fools
not to use the current "crisis" as an excuse for protecting their schools
from real threats that they have to deal with all the time.
