Everything else is centered and I know that the FCC is aware of this

Funny, mine is right in the center, but then I've been an extra since
1993. Maybe the off-center placement is the FCC's way of showing a
watered down extra. 
I'm sure it's not that. Because if it was for stupidity, yours would
definitely be off-center.
