Here's the letter, dumb****, word for word, do see if you canb spot
the reason for the retest, beside the FCC perogative for doing so. And
note, too, that the retest was PASSED, and later the license was
upgraded. Something you haven't been able to do in over 10 years. You
couldn't pass the Technician license exam TODAY if you had to.
This looks like a standard form letter that the FCC would send to
anyone whom they wish to retest. BTAIM, they certainly don't send
these letters out randomly. The FCC has had a good reason for sending
any letter such as this, and you can best bet that they had a damn
good reason for sending one to you....
