Volz is jailed before he is able to make good on his threat against W1WCR.

Volz's 'greatest accomplishment' is his recorded death threat against W1WCR.
Fortunately an alert amateur radio operator recorded Volz and
Mahan discussing their planned contract killing of W1WCR off the air and
converted that conversation to a .wav file. That recording has been sent to
the proper authorities, who are building a case against these criminals. Both
K5BLB and WA9KJI have been contacted by the FCC and are in the
beginning stages of an investigation by that agency.

But it is Volz that will have the most trouble with the authorities for his death
threat against W1WCR, and ongoing harrasment of normal users of amateur
radio.

So if you hear this criminal on the air, I can only offer one piece of advice:
Don't interact with or agree to participate in any of his schemes. He will only
drag you down with him.
